Acceptable Use Policy

Ejen Studio is a creative tool for businesses and creators. This policy sets the lines we do not cross, with particular care for the laws and values of the countries we serve, including the State of Qatar and the GCC. It is part of our Terms of Service. Last updated September 10, 2026.

Prohibited content

Sexual or pornographic content and nudity of any kind. Any sexual, exploitative or harmful content involving minors, real or fictional. Intimate or sexualised depictions of real people without their explicit consent, and any deepfake of a real person intended to deceive. Impersonation of public figures, officials, government bodies, brands or organisations. Content that insults or mocks religions, religious symbols or beliefs. Content that offends states, their symbols, rulers or public order, or that incites violence, terrorism, hatred or discrimination. Deceptive political content, fabricated news or documents designed to pass as genuine. Graphic violence and gore. Promotion of illegal drugs, gambling or weapons. Harassment, defamation, doxxing or invasion of privacy. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

Prohibited behaviour

Attempting to bypass safety filters or moderation; using multiple accounts to farm free credits; scraping, reselling or providing automated access to the Service; reverse-engineering the Service; uploading malware; using the Service to build a competing model or dataset; processing biometric data to identify people; presenting AI-generated content as human-made where disclosure is required.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you request and publish. Obtain consent from people whose likeness you use. Disclose AI generation where the law or the platform requires it. Respect the customs and laws of the country where your content will be shown.

Enforcement

Automated filters run on every generation and may refuse a request without charge. We review reports, remove violating content, suspend or terminate accounts (without refund in cases of serious or repeated violation), and cooperate with competent authorities where required.
