Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ejenstudio.com and related services (the "Service") operated by Ejen Studio LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States ("Ejen Studio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Last updated September 10, 2026.
1. The Service
Ejen Studio lets you generate images and videos from text and reference media using third-party artificial-intelligence models, and pay for that usage with credits. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. We may add, change or retire models and features at any time; if a change materially removes a paid capability during your current billing period, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund for the remainder of that period.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, including sanctions or export-control laws.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits is prohibited and results in closure of all such accounts. Tell us at create@ejenstudio.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Credits
Generations are paid for with credits. The cost of each generation depends on the model and settings and is shown before you confirm; credits are deducted when you press generate. If a generation fails because of a fault on our side or the model provider's side, its credits are automatically returned to your wallet. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Welcome (free) credits are granted once per verified email address and may be withdrawn if abused.
5. Subscriptions, prices and automatic renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in United States dollars through Stripe; prices shown in other currencies are approximate. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY EACH MONTH AT THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE UNTIL YOU CANCEL. You may cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the pricing page (Stripe's billing portal) or by emailing create@ejenstudio.com from your account email; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change takes effect at your next renewal. If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; if it is not resolved within 14 days the subscription ends. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
6. Refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: you may request a full refund of a subscription payment within 7 days of that payment if none of its credits have been used; credits that have been used are not refundable because the service has been delivered; failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
7. Your content and generated outputs
You keep ownership of the prompts and reference media you upload ("Inputs"). You warrant that you have the rights and, where people are depicted, the consent needed to use them. To operate the Service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process and transmit your Inputs and the images and videos generated for you ("Outputs") solely to provide, secure and improve the Service. As between you and us, you own your Outputs and may use them commercially, subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and any rights of third parties. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models. Outputs may not be unique — similar prompts may produce similar results for other users — and AI can make mistakes; you are responsible for checking Outputs before relying on or publishing them. Where the law or a platform requires it, you must disclose that content is AI-generated.
8. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits among other things sexual content, content involving minors, non-consensual depictions of real people, impersonation of public figures or officials, content that insults religions or states, incitement to violence or hatred, deceptive political content, infringement of others' rights, and attempts to bypass safety filters or to scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.
9. Moderation and enforcement
Automated safety filters run on every generation and may refuse a request. We may review reported content, remove content that violates these Terms, suspend or terminate accounts, and, where required, cooperate with competent authorities. We remove non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid report. If we notify you that content violates these Terms you must stop using and distributing it.
10. Intellectual property and infringement claims
The Service, its software, design, brand and showcase content belong to Ejen Studio or its licensors. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to create@ejenstudio.com with: your contact details, identification of the protected work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and your signature. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
11. Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy; we never store your card details. Generations run on models operated by third-party providers (currently Google Cloud Vertex AI and kie.ai); their availability, speed and output quality are outside our control and may vary. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Service.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL, LAWFUL TO USE FOR YOUR PURPOSE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EJEN STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Ejen Studio, its owners and staff against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs or Outputs, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, or your infringement of anyone's rights.
15. Termination and data
You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing create@ejenstudio.com. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for a material breach of these Terms or where the law requires, and otherwise with reasonable notice. On termination your right to use the Service ends; if we terminate without cause we refund the unused portion of your current subscription. Your Outputs remain available for 30 days after account deletion, after which they are permanently deleted except where the law requires longer retention.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence (including the State of Qatar and other GCC states) and may bring claims in your local courts. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting create@ejenstudio.com and allowing 30 days for a good-faith discussion. Consumers in the EU/EEA or UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases, which lapses once you use credits from that purchase at your request.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the Service; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree you should stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
